Assembly

LSI provides complete fulfillment services to help our clients be more efficient and effective. We can maintain an inventory of your parts and components, assemble, or kit them as required, then deliver the completed pieces back to you or directly to your customer.

Inspection Service

LSI. will also look for deformities, malfunctions, or any type of abnormalities that we are asked to inspect. If parts are considered inferior, we will sort those parts out and return the quality parts with full confidence of inspection. Once the products have been inspected we repackage the parts in the original package, a new package, or return the items however specified.

Testing

LSI. frequently tests product durability and functionality.  Product testing can vary, but may include:

Sorting Services

LSI’s sorting abilities provide a valuable resource to customers. Customers are able to reduce their costs by outsourcing to a low cost service provider and reusing old parts. LSI will typically receive a bulk load of a product which we will then sort into various types of materials or other sort specifications.

• Classifying

Repackaging

In repackaging, the current packaging is removed and replaced with the new customer-specified packaging (i.e. different boxes or bags). Repackaging may be necessary if a product has been incorrectly packaged or if an inspection is required. LSI is prepared to handle quick turn-around repackaging jobs at any time. Speed to market is vital in today’s business climate, don’t let the need for new packaging or post-package product inspection slow you down.

Kitting

Our employees will combine individual parts to complete a kit. LSI frequently kits parts for automotive, printing, publishing and manufacturing companies.

Light Manufacturing Services

Labor Specialties, Inc. supplies labor and the facility to carry out light manufacturing services. The materials and equipment needed to perform the tasks are acquired from the customer. The manufacturing practices are then performed in-house at LSI and once the job has been successfully performed the finished items are returned to the customer. We are able to save the customer space, time, and money through these practices.
